Responsibilities Michael's House is currently seeking a dynamic Residential Counselor - Per Diem responsible for maintaining a safe milieu and providing patient-centered care for patients in a residential treatment setting that specializes in treating patients with co-occurring disorders. Qualifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Responsible for reviewing pass down information (example: email, log book) obtained from the shift lead. * Prepares and/or conducts psycho-educational groups. * Participates in milieu related meetings (i.e., level change, house meetings, etc.).
