Hybrid role located in Boston - 4 days onsite Join our client, a healthcare non-profit, as a Content Marketing Specialist, where you'll develop and execute content and marketing strategies aligned with their growth objectives. This full-time role requires creativity, strong writing skills, and knowledge of digital marketing and SEO. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are self-starters. Key Responsibilities: * Create and manage content for various platforms, including the website, blog, and newsletter. * Develop and maintain a content calendar. * Assist in creating marketing materials, including event-related content and social media. * Support content strategy implementation across digital channels. * Provide feedback and editing support to team members. * Manage the company website and ensure SEO best practices. * Maintain brand consistency across communications. * Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master's preferred). * 3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, and SEO. * Experience in non-profit, higher ed, or biotech environments is a plus. * Strong writing, storytelling, and project management skills. * Proficient in WordPress and analytics tools. *
