Job Description The Field Executive Administrative Assistant position will perform the following duties: * Performs administrative duties for executive management. * Manages and maintains executives' schedules. * Prepares invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. * Reads and analyzes incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. * Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. * Files and retrieves corporate documents, records, and reports. * Greets visitors and determines whether they should be given access to specific individuals. * Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. * Performs general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. * Prepares agendas and makes arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings. * Makes travel arrangements for executives.
