Restaurant General Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• 4+ years as a General Manager in fast-food restaurants
• Must have Hamburger University certification
• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Manage inventory, budgets, and ordering processes
• Oversee recruitment and training process and lead a productive team
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
• Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and profitability
• Address customer feedback promptly to maintain satisfaction
