Details As Service Express has been growing, so have our teams to support our global expansion! As such, we are looking for a Billing Manager to provide leadership and guidance to our billing team as they create and bill invoices in a timely manner as well as ensure customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about helping to bring our systems and processes to the next level while also being a strong advocate for the team as we continue to grow. Here's what this position is all about: * Actively and successfully coach billing team members to discover where and how they can grow, while also ensuring they have the resources needed to support sales strategies and customer invoicing * Plan strategically for the growth and direction of the billing team; recommend, obtain buy-in and implement any changes needed across the organization * Supervise the billing of maintenance services, billable work, and hardware purchases in accordance with the respective agreements, ensure existing customers receive excellent service, accurate invoicing and custom billing solutions * Coordinate and manage month-end invoicing process * Track and analyze metrics to ensure that department goals are being met, drive improvements in the billing process and organization to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team * Analyze staffing levels and project hiring trends to help predict recruiting needs; partner with talent acquisition team to ensure adequate staffing * Participate in weekly strategy meetings to address concerns and acknowledge individual/team accomplishments; conduct biweekly team meetings to discuss monthly results and tactical items * Develop and maintain relationships with other departments and department managers What we are hoping you can bring to the Service Express team: * Successful experience in customer service, sales operations and/or finance * Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and develop a team * Proven track record of being inquisitive and championing change as well as initiating ongoing improvements * Effective communication and follow through, strong organizational skills, and dedication to attention to detail We offer you: * Workplace flexibility that empowers our employees * Personal growth and advancement opportunities * Paid volunteer hours and birthday off * Several health insurance offerings that start on day one * 50% health club membership reimbursement * Company 401k match * Compensation: $72k-$83k based on experience plus bonus Service Express is an equal opportunity employer.
