In this entry-level role, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM solutions, working alongside experienced consultants. Candidates for this role will be expected to work in Philadelphia, PA, Herndon, VA, Los Angeles, CA, or Boston, MA for at least the first 6 months. As a Functional Associate Consultant, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how organizations plan, budget, forecast, and report their financial and operational data. In this role, you will: * Analyze and understand the client's business objectives and challenges to determine functional requirements. * Integrates functional and technical requirements with the other functional and technical teams. * Supports the Lead in configuring the system and testing the solution with the users. * Communicate effectively to translate the client's business requirements into functional solutions. * Develop training documents specific to the client's business processes.
