Join our team as an Oracle HCM Functional Associate and embark on an exciting journey to transform HR processes and solutions. In this entry-level role, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM solutions, working alongside experienced consultants. If you are eager to learn, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! Candidates for this role will be expected to work in Philadelphia, PA, Herndon, VA, Los Angeles, CA, or Boston, MA for at least the first 6 months. As a Functional Associate Consultant, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how organizations plan, budget, forecast, and report their financial and operational data. In this role, you will: * Analyze and understand the client's business objectives and challenges to determine functional requirements. * Integrates functional and technical requirements with the other functional and technical teams. * Supports the Lead in configuring the system and testing the solution with the users. * Communicate effectively to translate the client's business requirements into functional solutions. * Develop training documents specific to the client's business processes. Required Skills and Experience: * Clearance Required: None * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, any STEM field, or a related field * Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues * Ability to work independently and provide quality work products on schedule * Ability to travel as needed Desired Qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience working in the field of Human Resources * Experience in the public sector is highly desired * Oracle HCM implementation experience is preferred * Experience documenting business processes * Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, either as a user or as an implementer * Ability to think critically and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities #cjpost #LI-SA1 #LI-hybrid At SMX, we are a team of technical and domain experts dedicated to enabling your mission.
