DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and implement appropriate instruction for assigned classes at the times designated * Develop and maintain a classroom environment conducive to effective learning * Maintain accurate records of student progress * Analyze data and develop individualized instruction for personalized learning * Work collaboratively in content and cross-curricular teams * Implement programs and use instructional technology and resources such as SmartBoards, Ipads, virtual class tools and processes and instructional practices * Demonstrate adequate planning and management techniques * Maintain information and resources for effective instructional practice * Participate in professional growth activities * Responsible for implementation of WV College and Career Readiness Standards as assigned by supervisor.
