Your Job Georgia-Pacific is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual (Spanish) Production Team Lead to join our dynamic team at our Corrugated facility in Sheboygan, WI! The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking abilities, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and the capability to train, onboard, and coach new employees. This role is essential in leading and supporting our production team to ensure seamless operations, maintain high-quality standards, promote a safe work environment, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Salary: $31 - $36/hour depending on the level of experience Shift: Swing shift between 2nd and 3rd Shift Address: 1927 Erie Avenue, Sheboygan WI 53082 This role is not eligible for VISA sponsorship. What You Will Do * Mentor and develop shift employees utilizing our PBM Guiding Principles to improve capability and performance. * Provide comprehensive training and onboarding for new employees to ensure their successful integration into the team. * Provide leadership and coaching for all shift-related operations, converting production, operator maintenance, quality, and safety. * Ensure all setup items are properly staged for shift and proper handoff for future shifts. * Troubleshoot and resolve machinery and equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain optimal production levels. * Constant computer (PC/Microsoft) interaction to help operate the asset, record quality metrics, and email communications as needed. * Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Bilingual - Must be fluent in both English and Spanish * Experience leading or supervising in a manufacturing environment * Experience troubleshooting machinery and equipment. * Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel What Will Put You Ahead * Experience in corrugated packaging industry At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
