Responsibilities Under the direction of the General Manager with functional direction facilitated by Corporate Director of Programing, the Programming Manager is responsible for the development of all retreat programming content and weekly schedules. This includes relevant on-property and local activities, themed featured events, private group-specific programming, and collaborative programming with outside contracted luminaries. This is achieved through coordination and collaboration with Retreat operational departments in the areas of Spiritual Wellness, Fitness, Mind-Body, Outdoor Sports, Creative Expression, Events & Culinary, Guest Services and the Spa. The Programming Manager will also work closely with the enterprise leadership to plan for and develop programming with Canyon Ranch experts across the brand. The programming manager drives communication flow and follows up on deliverables from retreat operational departments and marketing, changing course as needed based on business performance and guest feedback. Starting salary: $90k Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience * Preferred wellness and fitness background * Strong organizational and computer skills. Ability to create an empathetic and encouraging environment for all guests and colleagues. Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
