Job Description This is a year round - part-time onsite position supporting our sites in Lincolnton, North Carolina. Learn how to establish manufacturing rates and routings. Assist in the development of new manufacturing processes or changes along with Manufacturing Engineering utilizing BPS methodologies. Working with Quality, determine internal quality procedures and implement in manufacturing. Assess possible bottleneck situations in production process. Provide feedback (CIP) to all related areas including Machining, Assembly, Test and/or Quality. Participate in BPS Kaizen events both within and outside your area. Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as may be assigned. Qualifications * Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university. * Minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0. * Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. * Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong working skills in Microsoft Office.
