KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Production Editor to join our Advisory practice.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day production schedule of thought leadership content for advisory insights, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs
* Set and monitor publishing schedules and reporting, prioritize tasks, and oversee daily operations, addressing issues promptly to avoid delays in collaboration with the Editor in Chief
* Lead efforts to enforce adherence to established processes and methodologies; ensure consistent quality and depth of insights while maintaining the highest standards across all outputs
* Ensure Monday.com is consistently updated with real-time project status to enhance visibility and coordination across teams, while using the platform to anticipate potential obstacles and address issues before they arise
* Oversee timeline management, payroll codes for writers, and liaise with design, research, marketing, web, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure seamless production and accurate project tracking
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across growth topics, design, QA, research, and marketing to facilitate smooth production workflows
Qualifications:
* Minimum five years of recent experience in business and project management
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field
* Proficient in managing complex projects, including timeline setting, task prioritization, and daily operations; familiarity with tools like Monday.com is a plus
* Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders across departments (for example., design, research, marketing, QA) for cohesive project execution and collaboration
* Expertise in process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in production workflows; knowledge of quality assurance practices and tools to uphold high content and process standards
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues and minimize production disruptions
