Mentor Teachers help orient teachers to their school community and to teaching in general. Mentor Teachers will also provide training and technical support for this Head Start career. Generally, as a minimum requirement, the applicant must have a baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field with at least two years of experience working with young children and families.
