What you'll bring to the team... EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have reading and math skills sufficient to begin and finish the tax return interview. Must be able to communicate easily and effectively in person and on the phone. Previous experience with computer programs is required. Previous experience dealing with the general public preferred but not required. Additional state and local requirements may apply.
