Marketing Intern EF Ultimate Break Cambridge, MA USA As part of a fun team that loves what they do, you will inspire travelers between 18 and 35 to sign up for life-changing travel experiences across the globe. Our Marketing Intern opportunity lets you explore your interest in brand marketing as you help us create content, and source strategic creator and brand partnerships. Primary Responsibilities: * Concept innovative ways to connect with our audience online, build awareness for our brand, and translate marketing campaigns into engaging, social-first stories * Create social media content that drives awareness, engagement and travel intent (e.g. Instagram stories, Reels, Pins, TikToks, etc.) * Travel on an EF Ultimate Break tour to collect video and photo content * Stay on top of digital/social and consumer trends to make recommendations that keep Ultimate Break relevant to potential consumers * Actively pitch ideas with unique takes on cultural moments and original content * Source new influencer, content creator and brand partnerships * Support content distribution, production, and calendaring alongside social, creative, media, and community management teams * Manage administrative projects such as maintaining internal documentation, mailing/printing requests, swag production, various brand initiatives, and interdepartmental needs Requirements: * A resourceful, innovative, and enthusiastic attitude about all things social media and content * Knowledge and understanding of social channels and their role in the lives of the 18-35 year old consumer * Awesome writing, presenting and communication skills * Excellent organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail * A love and passion for travel * You are outgoing, creative, passionate and approachable, with a desire to try new things Salary and Hours Expectations: $15/ hour 20 hours per week Why You'll Love Working Here: Our North American Headquarters offers comprehensive professional development, frequent social programming, and employee-run social groups (including our "EF-finity" groups: Black@EF, LGBTQ+@EF, Latinx@EF, API@EF, Indigenous@EF, Jewish@EF and Parents@EF).
