Summary Entry level position performing routine program management functions on assigned projects or sub-projects of a general nature and limited scope. Completes, with detailed instructions, assignments in support of one or more weapon, product/service, or reimbursable programs. Duties and Responsibilities * Assists in the program management activities to manage one or more moderate to significantly complex program elements. * Provides input into the review and execution of innovative solutions to technical issues * Participates in the development of cost and schedule framework for projects and program elements * Participates in the establishment of production/project definitions, maintenance of schedules, and engineering releases associated with weapon or reimbursable programs * Assists in the technical, administrative, and logistical liaison roles with company, Department of Energy, design agencies, laboratories, integrated contractors, and other government agencies for one or more program elements * Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with other internal business units You Must Have * Bachelors Degree required * Must have graduatedfrom an accredited college or university since May 2024, or will graduate by May 2025 * Ability to travel up to 25% of the time * Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business * Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job * United States Citizenship * Ability to obtain and maintain, if required for position, a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations) We Value * Bachelors degree is Business or Engineering Additional Information * JOB ID: 1408 * Remote Eligibility: On-Site * Travel Required: 0-10% * Hourly/Salary: Salary * Relocation Available: Yes
