In this Loss Prevention role, you'll be key to our mission by keeping our stores safe and ensuring we protect our bottom line, benefiting both our customers and employee-owners. Day in the Life: * Ensure a professional presence while dealing with shoplifting incidents according to company policies and local laws. * Use your judgment and de-escalation techniques to handle situations in a fast-paced retail environment. * Conduct loss prevention audits and participate in internal investigations. * Work closely with local, state, and government agencies on company matters. * Prepare and submit reports regarding Loss Prevention matters and testify in legal proceedings when necessary.
