The Digital Marketing Specialist: * Develops, maintains, and distributes reports and dashboard that effectively present digital marketing metrics. * Creates and manage social media content calendars across multiple social media accounts and platforms. * Creates, analyzes, and reports on all digital and pay-per-click advertising. * Monitors social media across all platforms and engage with audience when appropriate. * Collaborates with Marketing/Communications team to execute creative, paid media, and social media tactics based on the overall strategy. * Manages social media budgets to optimize spend and boost high performing posts. * Uses analytical skills to interpret social media, digital, and website data to optimize reach, impact, engagement, and brand awareness. * Collaborates with Graphic Designer or outside vendors to develop creative content. * Is a champion for the company branding, messaging, and digital best practices. * Performs other duties as assigned.
