Discord is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Sales Recruiter to join our Business Recruiting team. Reporting to the Business Recruiting Manager, this individual will play a crucial role in building and scaling our sales organization, with a focus on consumer digital media and ad sales. What You'll Be Doing * Lead Sales Recruitment Efforts: Oversee the recruitment process for Sales Account Managers and Account Executives, with a focus on hiring individuals with a proven track record in consumer digital media and ad sales. * Develop Recruitment Framework: Design and implement effective hiring processes and strategies tailored to attract top Go-To-Market talent within these sectors. * Stakeholder Partnership: Advise and coach hiring managers and other stakeholders on best practices in sales recruitment, providing guidance throughout the hiring cycle. * Market Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of consumer digital media and ad sales to source and identify high-caliber candidates. * Predictive Analysis: Leverage data to forecast recruitment trends and align strategies with organizational goals. * Leadership Presence: Demonstrate strong leadership to handle complex discussions and drive impactful decisions. * Candidate Experience: Maintain a commitment to delivering exceptional service to candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience. What you should have * Proven experience in recruiting sales professionals, particularly in consumer digital media and ad sales. * Extensive knowledge of the Go-To-Market talent landscape within consumer digital media and ad sales. * Strong understanding and passion for the gaming industry. * Proven ability to identify, source and close top sales talent. * Demonstrated experience in developing and executing recruiting strategies. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders. * Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. This role is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. This position can be hybrid based in the SF Bay Area or remote (with the expectation to work typical 9am - 5pm PT hours). The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70/hr to $85/hr. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
