Position: VP of Legal Affairs and Deputy General Counsel Shift: Monday-Friday, Full-Time Experience: * 20+ years of active legal experience, either in a law firm, government or other in-house legal department setting (15+ in health care law preferred); three years of experience may be credited for clinical, health care administrative or other highly relevant work experience. * Deep experience with business transactions, including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing is strongly preferred. * Focused concentration in specialty legal areas important to MLH's business operations. Education: Undergraduate degree; Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
