WHAT YOU'LL DO Responsible for economically completing printing requests for Home Office, District Managers, Stores, and Department 50. Maintains Home Office & Document Management Services' printing and bindery equipment. Supports Supervisor and Department Lead with projects as needed. Completes digital sheetfed and wide format printing projects for organization. Uses industry standard software to adjust, impose, and edit, files prior to submitting to printers. Determines the most economical method of printing. Maintains forms that track print job from start to finish. Maintain MFD equipment in all buildings. Repair minor problems. Performs basic troubleshooting on production and fleet equipment. Contacts vendor for larger complex maintenance. Assist in preparation of monthly billing for accounting department. Applies finishing techniques to printing request (padding, drilling holes, shrink-wrapping, folding, laminating, and binding. Etc.) Prepares print jobs for delivery or shipping. Assist Department Lead and Supervisor in determining workflow and processing reports. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Experience and Education High School diploma and 3 to 5 years printing experience. Knowledgeable in the use of Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Teams Software. Knowledgeable in the use of Adobe Software, Photo Shop, Illustrator, In design, Acrobat Pro. Preferred but not required. Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of Sheetfed Digital Printing Equipment Operation and Maintenance. Knowledge of Wide Format Printing Equipment Operation and Maintenance. Proficient computer skills. Knowledge of Print Shop software. Knowledge of digital multi-function equipment maintenance. Knowledge of finishing equipment and finishing techniques. Communication skills. Detail and multi-task oriented. Environment and Working Conditions In-Office Environment, this role is 100% onsite Monday-Friday. Printshop work area, stand, bend, and lift to 50 pounds.
