As a part of our continued growth, LKQ is seeking an Outside Car Buyer to join our team! You will be responsible for managing the inbound flow of products to support the company's sales objectives. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: * Prepare, edit, scan and submit purchase orders to vendors in a timely fashion in accordance with company targets and goals. * Monitor vendor back-orders and source products from alternate vendors as necessary. * Work with branch locations to ensure company goals are met with respect to the company's receiving and put-away goals. * Monitor key data elements and notify appropriate personnel if discrepancies/anomalies are observed. * Initiate and support the continual improvement of LKQ's quality improvement system. * Assumes other duties as assigned * Responsible for managing the inbound flow of products to support the company's sales objectives. * Initiate and support the continual improvement of LKQ's quality improvement system.
