You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am - 7:00pm local time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime, holidays and/or weekends. We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule. Primary Responsibilities: * Manages ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients for one or more accounts * Acts as outward - facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts, typically with direct client contact (not call center) and large or complex accounts * Builds relationships with employer / group clients (not individual members) and serves as the primary point of contact for overall and day - to - day service delivery * Represents client internally and coordinates with other functions to implement client systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs * Function includes employees who are in dedicated on - site service roles * Works closely with sales on renewals and upselling, but incumbents do not have specific sales goal accountability or primary responsibility to close sales You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: * High School Diploma / GED (or higher) * 5+ years of service experience (i.e. retail, call center, etc.) interacting with customers, assisting with issues and solving problems * 5+ years of pharmacy experience with a PBM, retail pharmacy, etc. * 1+ years of experience in the CARE Specialist; OR equivalent client service experience supporting core business segments or clients * 1+ years of experience working in a client facing role (i.e. directly supporting and interacting with OptumRx clients) * Ability to work 40 hours/week during standard business hours (7:00am to 7:00pm local time) Monday - Friday, including the flexibility to work some weekends, holidays and/or additional hours during the work week per business need Preferred Qualifications: * Subject matter expertise in OptumRx processes and operations * Experience with OptumRx products and systems (i.e., RxClaim) Soft Skills: * Experience in thinking analytically and strategically to solve highly complex problems and identify solutions * Experience analyzing large data sets, summarizing findings, and effectively communicating information to leaders, internal business partners, and clients * Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to write clear, concise, and accurate messages for a variety of audiences * Experience working self-directed with minimal direction and procedures * Excellent organization and prioritization skills * Experience mentoring, coaching, and supporting team members, leadership, and internal partners * Experience influencing without authority to gain buy in from others to achieve results Telecommuting Requirements: * Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy * Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) * Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service * *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. California, Colorado, Nevada, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Hawaii, Washington, or Washington D.C Residents Only: The hourly range for California, Colorado, Nevada, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Hawaii, Washington, or Washington D.C residents is $28.03 to $54.95 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
