SUMMARY The Model Shop Supply Chain Analyst manages a unique and fast paced portfolio of Andersen and RbA's models and customer-facing product. This is a unique opportunity to work across Marketing, Sales, Pricing, and Manufacturing as well as help lead the modernization of this process. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in supply chain projects within the value stream with consideration to the entire supply chain (plan, source, make, deliver) Provides a high degree of planning analysis to support decision making Optimize supply planning parameters that align with business requirements for service and inventory, including coordination of services and material to match production demands Identifies supply chain problem areas and drives improvement in service, reduce cost, and increase inventory turns, Utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan-Do-Check-Act, value stream mapping and A3 thinking MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or higher, equivalent experience. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems is preferred Working knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Executions Systems, Warehouse Management systems Proficient in utilizing lean tools and methodology for problem solving and continuous improvement, including Pull, 5Y, PDCA, A3 thinking, waste elimination * CULTURE AND BENEFITS "Be Orange.
