As part of our growing IT team, you will play a vital role in supporting and troubleshooting all our IT systems at our Charlotte manufacturing facility and Corporate offices. An ideal candidate will be comfortable working cross-functionally with production and operations teams, and will be able to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders such as 3rd party vendors and contractors, to achieve results for our team and our customers. This role will be a hybrid role, based out of our plant in Charlotte, NC for three days a week with some travel to our other production facilities across the country as needed. What You'll Do: * Troubleshooting computer systems and networks * Supporting critical system hardware and software on an active and busy production line * Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, printers and scanners * Repairing and replacing computer equipment as necessary * Coordinating RMA and Warranty claims for covered hardware * Racking and configuring servers and other equipment on-site * Executing the new hire onboarding process to ensure that team members are set up to succeed with technology on their first day (e.g., laptop provisioning, workstation set up) * Resolving employee issues via phone call, ticketing system, instant message, and email * Provisioning and deprovisioning accounts for new users * Providing escalated support on and off hours as it relates to job responsibilities * Providing support to existing team members to deliver a seamless, productive experience * Providing remote support to end users who are working from home * Assisting with overarching IT projects What You'll Need to Have: Required: * Must be available to work on-site * 2+ years working experience in IT helpdesk (Level 2 or Level 3) or equivalent experience * 1+ years working experience in Jr. Systems Administrator or Jr. Network Administrator role * Experience working in Windows and Mac environments * Basic working knowledge of Linux * Ability to work on new and interesting issues while maintaining daily operations * Able to research and troubleshoot issues independently * Demonstrated ability to communicate technical issues comprehensively to a non-technical crowd * Solid attention to detail * Solid attention to process * Good written and verbal communication * Scrappiness and resourcefulness; must not be afraid to get your hands dirty and tackle problems head-on * Willing to travel to other facilities within the Contiguous USA (up to 4x per year) * Available to work (1) week long on-call shift per month Preferred: * 2 - 4+ years working experience in IT Helpdesk (Level 2 or Level 3) or equivalent experience * 1 - 2+ years experience working in a mixed Mac/Unix/Windows environment * Basic understanding of network configurations, IP addressing, networking concepts * 1+ years experience troubleshooting wireless and wired networks * 1+ years experience utilizing RMM/MDM tools (e.g.: Solarwinds, Jamf, InTune, etc.) * 1+ year experience managing users and access through Active Directory, GSuite, and Slack * Previous experience supporting ultra wide format printing OR high volume printing OR high volume graphic design environment Additional Details: * $35 - $45 per hour * 40 hours a week * Hybrid schedule to South Charlotte 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) At Ruggable, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
