Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Perform daily observations of construction/ project sites in tri-state areas and ensure compliance with building standards and project specifications. * Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. * Prepares detailed written reports detailing findings, observations, and test results. * Performs various Special Inspections related to Reinforced Concrete, Structural Masonry, Spray-Applied Fireproofing and Firestopping * Implements Atlas' Think 12 safety philosophy and follows our Corporate Health and Safety policies and procedures.
