The Bank of New York Mellon seeks a Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer I in Pittsburgh, PA, to provide application software development services or technical support. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation. Five (5) years of experience must include: Designing and developing routing logic to reroute traffic, add onto modules, and support payment methods using Spring Boot and Oracle Exadata; Monitoring the number and total dollar value of messages including incoming, outgoing, exceptions, acknowledgements, new issue broadcast, scrap, and rejected by developing monitoring tools using Java Spring, IBM MQ, Java scripts for display functionalities; Configuring system methods using Java and Oracle SQL/PL procedures to change, remove, or add in new functionalities; Creating test cases and performing unit testing using Java integrated with MQ Client (IBM), to locate and resolve errors; Designing and developing bash scripts using PERL/ Shell integrated with Java to enhance validation efforts and verify start of day, end of day, and shutdown scripts; Configuring AppDynamics and Splunk using Java for application monitoring and problem troubleshooting; and Automating the CICD Pipeline using Ansible scripts in GitLab Code repository.
