Over the course of 10-12 weeks, a Corporate Customer Service Intern, you'll work in the Corporate Office located in Garner, NC. You will learn the ins-and-outs of working with customer orders and the customers and departments that we service. The program's primary objective is to grow future leaders by providing professional development and a series of assignments that aligns with professional interest within the processing and manufacturing industry. What you'll do: * Learn to enter and edit customer orders. * Follow orders through the entire process from customer order entry to delivery. * Consult with internal partners such as Sales, Supply, Transportation, and Credit. * Define and describe our internal partners and how the relationships serve our customers. * Maintain customer pricing. * Assist in organization of Master Data. Additional eligibility requirements: * Pursuing a Bachelors, Master or PhD in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related field with an expected graduation date of December 2025 through June 2026 * All participants in this program are required to have a valid drivers' license and reliable transportation to and from work. * Demonstrating knowledge and skill with Excel formulas to extract, organize, and report data. * Showing strong interpersonal and relational skills. * Experience with handling customer orders and other customer service functions. * Background in supply chain and/or customer service preferred. * Exposure to SAP and other MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and WMS (Warehouse Management) systems preferred. * Has actively participated or held office in a campus or community organization (preferred but not required).
