As the Sr. Food Technologist, you'll drive innovation by transforming customer needs, industry trends, and R&D breakthroughs into cutting-edge applications across dairy, non-dairy, and beverages. What will I get to do in this position? * Promote ICL Food applications in dairy, non-dairy and beverage applications to customers * Conduct testing and analysis to assess functional and organoleptic properties of products * Contribute to new product formulations * Collaborate with the Commercial Team and ICL Front End Innovation on customer applications * Develop and maintain detailed project plans * Manage project deliverables, scope, and change control; escalate issues when necessary * Monitoring project progress and performance What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? * Bachelors degree in Science related field/Food Science and 0 - 2 years of industry experience * Experience in food testing, processes, sensory evaluation, and chemistry of food products. * Strong documentation, organization, and time management skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.
