Pay: $15/hr base pay, plus incentives for meeting production goals. Shift: 1st Shift, 9 am-5:30 pm As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality by inspecting each bottle on the held pallet. Your attention to detail will help us meet and exceed customer expectations while contributing to the efficiency of our warehouse operations. Responsibilities: * Review the held ware ticket, item limits, and choice level before starting the inspection process. * Decide whether to save or cull each bottle based on limits, customer expectations, and quality management team instructions. * Seek guidance or ask questions if you encounter concerns or difficulties in making quality decisions. * Inspect and pack held ware at a pace of 450 bottles per hour, based on the resort priority list. * Complete resort tracking reports while inspecting bottles. * Be a team player, willing to support others and ask for help when needed. Qualifications & Requirements: * Previous experience in inspection is preferred. * Good hand/eye coordination. * Vision must be equal to or correctable to 20/20. Must be able to pass a color vision deficiency assessment. * Ability to perform repetitive lifting and bending. * Experience with using a pallet jack. * Strong team mindset with a focus on team success over individual achievement. * Ability to work independently while maintaining high performance.
