Lead design activities in cross-functional development teams to create industry leading experiences for our clients, teammates and the business. 2. Participate in design driven programs to define insights, create solutions and advocate for client needs. 3. Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments. 4. Strong knowledge of design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices with the ability to push beyond to uncover new and distinctive solutions. 5. Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment and develop an understanding of broader organizational context and goals. 6. Use storytelling and persuasion techniques that build trust with partners and establish long-term relationships. 7. Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Excellent time and issue management skills 6. Experience creating artifacts and executing ideas 7. Strong ability to give and accept critique, coaching, and feedback 8. Working knowledge of engineering/development processes, particularly Agile 3. Comfort level in working within a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity 4.
