Marketing Campaign Coordinator - St. Paul, MN All Energy Solar is seeking a full-time Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Campaign Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, including coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate messaging and creative implementation across a variety of digital and print channels. This is a remote work position, though some on-site meetings will be required on an as needed basis. Description * Work with key stakeholders such as graphic designers, copywriters, videographers, event coordinators, and marketing leadership to design and/or execute on marketing campaigns * Craft and/or edit marketing copy for clarity and accuracy * Ensure the accuracy of informational and marketing materials by reviewing content with key stakeholders for edits and suggestions * Ensure that all marketing deliverables are sent to key stakeholders by the appropriate deadline, which includes print ads, digital ads, direct mail, blog posts, etc. * Verify all marketing materials are sent to appropriate audiences according to messaging and offer * Monitor social media channels for activity, reviews, service requests, and other communications * Execute social media plan using HubSpot publishing and scheduling software * Tracks marketing performance including conversion, and expense data. In addition, maintains databases, and prepares reports. * Maintains and organizes promotional materials inventory and activities for new products/services * Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. * Maintain awareness of competitive products and messages in the marketplace * Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments and updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications. * Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. * Additional duties as needed Qualifications / Skills: * Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer or similar role * Knowledge and experience with Direct marketing, market segmentation, and marketing research * Experience with research methods using data analytics software * Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns * Experience with project management and coordination * Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools * Experience with reporting research results and business process improvement * Must be able to understanding the customer * Must have initiative and planning skills * Must have the ability to complete financial transactions * Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords * Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software * Excellent communication and presentation skills Education and Experience Requirements: * Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent real-world experience * Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry * Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns * Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate * Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments helpful * Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools * Working knowledge of ad serving tools * Experience with Hubspot preferred but not required Compensation: * This is a full-time, exempt position with an expected salary of $55K-65K (Depending on experience) * PTO accrued up to 80 hours in the first year, increasing to 120 hours after the first year * 6 major paid holidays, plus 1 floating holiday * Dental + vision insurance (free for individuals) * Health insurance (free individual plan option) * HSA and FSA options * Profit sharing bonus based on company performance * 401K with company match * Free employee assistance plan * Life insurance * Much more!
