As a Community Relationships Program Manager intern with AWS WWPS organization, you will collaborate and partner with business teams to define and solve problems that impact customers, as well as identify predictors and causes of business-related problems to implement novel approaches related to forecasting and prediction. You will identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations. You will build relationships, identify stakeholders, and influence other teams across organizations and external teams while defining analytical approaches to uncover new insights and formulate recommendations that improve processes. Please note: * We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role or consider students with visa sponsorship needs. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Arlington, VA, USA BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * Are 18 years of age or older * Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation conferral date between December 2024 and June 2026. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Strong academic, leadership, and/or extracurricular record * Basic understanding of modern programming concepts and languages such as Java, SQL, C++, or Python * Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication with a keen focus on delivering business results * Demonstrated track record in using data and metrics to make decisions and build scalable solutions * Ability to influence across all levels of an organization * Ability to act strategically and make decisions under ambiguity * Strong organizational and time management skills Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
