The IR lab Technologist assists in the preparation and provision of care for adult and geriatric patients undergoing radiographic interventional procedures. He she is responsible for the operation of radiographic equipment as well as able to provide technical assistance (scrub) to the physician during a procedure. He she may function as a sub-circulator under the direct supervision of the Physician or APP. Required Knowledge & Skills Education: Associate Degree or 2 years of college coursework Experience: One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures. Licenses and Certifications * RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST Qualifications * Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology Program * ARRT, or equivalent, certified. Additional certification in CT, VI or RCIS desirable but not required. * Minimum one year of experience in Interventional Imaging. 8-4:30 pm Monday - Friday with evening and weekend call
