THE OPPORTUNITY: The Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote Jushi's retail and brands. This position requires a combination of marketing expertise and graphic design skills to create engaging content that drives sales and builds brand awareness. * Execute the distribution of promotional messaging for Jushi's retail brands (Beyond Hello, NuLeaf and Nature's Remedy) * Create digital content that engages customers and drives sales including. * Design email, SMS/Push campaigns, social media posts, and other digital marketing materials. * Maintain the retail brand's online presence, including social media accounts, website content, and online advertising campaigns. * Identify target audiences, create tailored marketing campaigns, and track effectiveness. * Work closely with the retail and merchandising team to understand needs and create marketing campaigns that drive sales. * Work with retail to design and fulfill in-store signage and other needs. * Performs other related duties as assigned by management. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: * Proven experience in marketing and graphic design. * Excellent design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. * Knowledge of the cannabis industry and related regulations is a plus. * Experience with web design and digital marketing is a mandatory. * Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience * A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in developing creative and campaigns * Excellent communications skills * Creativity and the ability to develop original content. * Ability to develop content that provokes engagement. * A passion for the cannabis industry * Enjoys working in a start-up, fast-paced environment * Willingness to roll up sleeves * Low Ego * High Impact Attitude * Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner * Must pass a criminal background check OTHER DUTIES: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
