Job Title: Quality Control Technician Job Description Perform a wide variety of activities to support the Quality Management System. Conduct product testing, including tests to support complaint investigations and stability verification. Generate product testing results reports and review production batch records for accuracy and completeness. Approve intermediate products for production use and review finished goods batch records. Report and resolve deviations in records prior to approval. Conduct spot-check inspections/audits of production operations, participate in the internal audit program, and write, review, and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary. Support the Document Control program, record retention, and sample retention areas. Assist in processing returned instruments, documenting decontamination, inspecting for damage, and performing basic investigations.
