JOB SUMMARY The role of IT Desktop Support Analyst works directly with both users and vendors to provide hardware and software support. Primary responsibilities and qualifications include desktop imaging, Office 365 experience, printer assistance, active directory experience, mobile device management, and experience with pulling and evaluating tickets. They will be expected to provide expertise on new technology trends to influence change. The selected candidate must possess high quality customer service skills, be able to troubleshoot issues independently, escalate when necessary, and demonstrate effective time management. Communication with users, both written and verbal, is crucial to the success of this role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Provide Executive Support to C-Suite level leadership with a high degree of urgency and professionalism. * Provide end-user support for iOS, Android and Windows platforms while delivering exceptional customer service * Consistently and accurately use ticketing and purchasing systems to enter, track and close all transactions * Responsible for ordering new hardware and replacement devices * Manage device inventory of parts and accessories * Document systems, processes, and procedures * Updating and management of the knowledge base * Maintain the privacy of all client data * Help manage and support company cyber-security posture and patching schedule * Independently research solutions for problematic issues * Effectively demonstrate and communicate techniques when cross-training teammates * Maintain a clean appearance and workspace SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. * None Requirements EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * High school graduate or associate degree and/or related industry certifications with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related field. * Remote Customer Service experience * High proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting current Windows OS * Previous experience in: o MDM such as InTune o PrinterLogic Printer services/management o Office 365 portal administration o SharePoint site management o VPN Support o Azure experience would be a plus * Process documentation skills * Procurement of new hardware and replacement devices * Experience using FedEx or UPS shipping managers a plus * Knowledge of cyber-security best practices and patching * Highly Organized & Multi-tasking - Possessor of effective time management skills * Must be comfortable working in a team environment and leverage the skills of other team members PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
