Our Early in Profession (EiP) Team scours the globe for talent that will define and lead Microsoft into the future. Enabling impact is at the very heart of our company and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Early in Profession, you will enable key business partners to execute their organizational strategies by delivering both university and early in profession talent to drive their specific business needs. The team you will lead is responsible for hiring both technical and non-technical talent across the Americas, closely partnering with our EiP Americas Business Engagement Team, Finance, Human Resources (HR), and various other key stakeholders. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role * OR equivalent experience. * 2+ years talent acquisition experience supporting Early in Profession or University hiring * 1+ years experience in program management, scaling talent delivery, and driving process improvement/transformation. Preferred Qualifications: * 10+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role * OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role. * 2+ years people management experience * Experience working with stakeholders and/or candidates in multiple countries * Ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous and complex environments on a global scale. * Sound judgement, critical thinking, and a demonstrated inclusive approach with your team, candidates, and key stakeholders. Talent Acquisition M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. You will also build and leverage compelling messages to differentiate Microsoft's unique career possibilities to these specific candidates. * Lead your team to design and execute specific offer creation and close strategies at scale, keeping both candidate and client experience top of mind. You and your team will also play a critical role in preparing candidates for next steps in the hiring and onboarding process while proactively identifying and solving factors that may adversely affect their experience. * Analyse data/metrics to build an understanding of the talent market vs. business requirements, and then leverage the talent insights to effectively advise key stakeholders, colleagues, and your team on how to effectively execute talent acquisition strategies in a dynamic talent market. * Hold your team accountable for maintaining candidates' qualifications and status in the appropriate systems to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process as well as lead the optimization of recruiting policies throughout the organization. * As a manager, you will help employees grow and develop their skills through modeling, coaching, and mentorship, while also establishing performance expectations and ensuring fair and equal treatment. You will also identify needs and set priorities to drive project execution, and partner with other teams on related deliverables. * Lead a multi-national team supporting hiring for the Americas Region (Canada, Latin America and United States). * Embody our culture and values
