. An RN Residency with Providence will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors. If you are a recent graduated RN, with less than 12 months of experience, then the Providence resident program is for you. Full-Time, Night Shift available. All openings will require scheduling on rotating weekends. $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment. Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less Preferred Qualifications: National Certification in area of specialty upon hire Why Join Providence?
