POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engagement, and reputation across various platforms. This role involves creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated with industry trends to drive growth and optimize campaigns. Strong communication skills, creativity, and analytical thinking are essential for success in this position. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITES * Develop and execute social media campaigns to support the strategy in promoting Health First's services to achieve business goals and increase customer growth and engagement. * Ensure that all content executed is in conformance with the Health First brand identity standards. * Collaborate with digital agencies, technology partners and internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate budgeting, accurate execution of campaigns, and alignment. * Stay current with social media trends and new technologies to leverage best practices. * Use social media to engage the community and our customers, monitor and respond to questions or complaints, and promote company initiatives. * Oversee online reputation management to ensure a consistent tone between social media and review responses. * Analyze social media campaign metrics and implement optimizations to ensure campaign goals are met. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, public relations, or related field Work Experience: Five years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, communications, or related field Licensure: NA Certification: NA Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Experience in content creation and managing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms. * Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities. * Strong orientation toward achieving personal, departmental, and corporate goals and objectives. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: No additional Work Experience: Within healthcare Licensure: NA Certification: NA Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: No additional PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, stooping. * Long periods of computer time or at workstation. * Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance. * May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and/or low to moderate noise. * Communicating with others to exchange information. * Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks. * Workspace may vary from open to confined, on site or remote. * May require travel to various facilities within and beyond county perimeter; may require use of personal vehicle.
