Senior Environmental Scientist Requisition Number: 2024-1260-05 We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Scientist to join our Environmental team in Greenville, South Carolina. About the Role: As a Senior Environmental Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and executing environmental projects, including site assessments, natural resource initiatives, and related services. Your role will involve overseeing large and complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards. * Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale environmental projects. Ensure all project milestones are met on time and within budget. * Team Coordination: Organize and direct the work of staff scientists, coordinating efforts across teams to ensure seamless project delivery. * Field Operations Oversight: Supervise field activities such as sampling, classification, and identification, ensuring that all fieldwork aligns with project goals and regulatory standards. * Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of plans and specifications, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff to maintain high-quality outputs. * Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and ensuring their expectations are exceeded. * Business Development: Play a key role in account management and business development, identifying opportunities for growth and expanding the company's environmental services portfolio.
