Banquet or Catering preferred. * Supervisory experience, skills & abilities * Excellent verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently without direct supervision * Ability to perform basic mathematic calculations * Excellent time management and planning skills * Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments * Ability to maintain close attention to detail * Experience and a thorough understanding of banquet service. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays * Pay range: $20 based upon experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Ability to walk and move about throughout shift to supervise and assist banquet servers, stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, grasp and perform repetitive motions * Ability to push, pull, lift, carry or otherwise move up to 50 lbs.
