Responsibilities UnderthegeneralsupervisionoftheProgramDirectoroftheMasterofSocialWork(MSW)Program,the MSW Field Director assists in the development of the MSW program from an internship role. In this 12-month non-tenure track position, teaching one course per semester may be requested. SPECIFICDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIALJOBFUNCTIONS DirecttheMSWinternsinarequiredagencyexperience. Teach two seminar courses per semester. AssistinthedevelopmentoftheMSWprogramfromaninternshiprole. Participate in the reaccreditation of the MSW program by CSWE. Assist with student agency selection and provide ongoing supervision in the process. Provideinternshiptraining/workshopstoprospectiveandongoingAgencyFieldSupervisors. Serve on appropriate university-wide committees. Participateinthedevelopmentofgraduate-level internshiprelationships with otheruniversities, community, organizations, professional associations, and alumni Supplemental Information Finalists for this position are subject to a background check.
