Billing Manager We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a robust background in billing and collections, experience in managing a team, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency. This role will be a hybrid position in our Atlanta office. Responsibilities ⦁ Oversee the entire billing and collections process, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. ⦁ Manage a team of billing specialists, providing necessary guidance and support. ⦁ Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. ⦁ Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with clients to resolve any payment issues. ⦁ Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of billing and collections with overall business objectives. ⦁ Prepare regular reports and analyze billing and collections performance. ⦁ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to billing & collections. ⦁ Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in billing operations. ⦁ Implement best practices and technology solutions to enhance billing processes. What we are looking for….. ⦁ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ⦁ Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing and collections, with at least 2 years in a management role. ⦁ In-depth knowledge of billing (including claims billing) processes, regulations, and best practices. ⦁ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. ⦁ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. ⦁ Proficient in SAP, MS Office applications (especially excel) and other billing software. ⦁ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. ⦁ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
