Position Summary: SAAW, a wholly owned subsidiary of Industrial Service Solutions is a market leading electric motor rebuilder and distributor of industrial motors, generators, VFDs, SSS and controls. We are seeking a highly organized, motivated individual who is ready to invest in a career with an energetic and growing company. This is a fast paced, customer interactive role that requires proficient computer and communication skills. This position supports our outside sales and represents staff by performing a variety of tasks. SAAW and Industrial Service Solutions (ISS) is an equal opportunity employer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries for product support. * Providing budgetary proposals, literature cut sheets, manufacturer drawings and specifications for bidding purposes. * Searching and review of advertised design and bid projects on a weekly basis. * Preparation of bid scope letters and pricing spreadsheet prior to bid date. * Acknowledging order receipt to customers. * Entering the customers' order in our ERP system. * Executing buyout requirements to fulfill customer orders. * Monitoring order purchasing related to customer order activity. * Communicate with customers and staff regarding order progress and shipping expectations. * Coordinating shipment and order fulfillment with company shipping and receiving staff. * Other duties as assigned per management. Qualifications: * A minimum of Associates degree in a technical field is required, a Bachelor's is preferred. * 3 years' experience in Inside Sales and customer support. * Ability to perform start-ups on drives and soft starts. * Must be proficient with all Windows software programs and can learn Sage ERP system. * A background in VFD's, SSS and Motor Controls. * Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude. * Excellent verbal communication skills, as well as great interpersonal skills.
