Job Description Zenith US is looking for top notch talent to add to their growing team. The Design Director will support the executive leadership team and senior client leaders by designing world-class visual presentations. This role will also support the Marketing & Communications team with internal communications and social media efforts. This will be an exciting opportunity to grow existing client business and will support creative efforts to launch new internal communication initiatives. You'll work with great people, who have fun, get stuff done, and design best in class industry work. The ideal candidate will be able to partner with executive leadership, existing client teams and the Marketing & Communications team to understand and visually articulate highly technical offerings in order to grow revenue and expand company culture. This role is virtual and will report to the VP, Marketing Communications. Your Impact: * Manage and execute multiple projects at once and efficiently meet scheduled deadlines. * Organize workflow for projects with many moving parts. * Design and create exceptional and usable PowerPoint templates. Please note we will need the majority of the design work to be done in PowerPoint. * Concept and create stunning presentation slides that clarify complicated subject matter. * Act as a champion of client brand standards and guidelines. * Maintain the graphic aesthetic and quality established. * Follow creative direction, work in a group dynamic, and actively participate in any given project or team to which assigned. * Any experience with video editing is a plus. Qualifications * 5+ years of design experience (agency experience is a plus) * Portfolio that shows off excellent presentation work or layout design * Expert skills in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud * Impeccable attention to detail * Excellent conceptual ability, along with expert design and layout skill * Excellent presentation skills * Able to easily liaise with C-Suite * Self-starter, well-organized and adept at time management * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds * Receptive to creative direction and design feedback * Able to easily liaise with people outside the core team and create work based on a verbal or written brief * 4-year degree preferred (fine or graphic arts degree a plus) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Veterans Encouraged to Apply Compensation Range: $73,500 - $105,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
