Job Description Catch, insert and pack finished products coming off the presses. Review final product performing a series of quality checks before loading in to trays or bins. Perform finishing make ready tasks prior to start-ups. Assist with machine make ready and clean up as needed. Operate the Segbert. Follow postal guidelines when packing direct mail orders and completing skid tags. * Inspect product for quality defects and correct errors as they occur * Pack, band, and/or sort product into batches, packets and pallets * Count trays on pallet and compare with shipping documents to ensure correct count/weight. * Document progress and issues/resolutions to ensure proper reporting across departments/shifts * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED preferred * Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. - continuously. * Ability to exercise basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. * Ability to read a standard ruler. * Ability to visually identify and inspect detailed product for defects. * Ability to stand for sustained periods of time. * Ability to coordinate hand and foot movements to operate staple machine. Additional Information CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT The pay range for this role at the noted location is $16.00- $20.40 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
