seeking an experienced

Sr. TA Coordinator

who plays a crucial role in managing the entire hiring process from beginning to end. This position requires a proactive individual who will take ownership of the talent acquisition strategy, leveraging their expertise to drive best practices and foster innovative thinking in recruitment. The Sr. TA Coordinator will support the recruiting team in attracting and evaluating candidates, manage scheduling and conducting interviews, and oversee all aspects of the pre-hire process.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Development and Implementation: Own the development and execution of recruiting strategies that effectively address challenges in the recruitment process and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency. Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of recruitment, employment, HRSC, compensation, benefits, pay administration, and other related organizational policies, practices, procedures, and/or regulations. Collaborate and provide analytical support in the design, development, and implementation of strategic recruitment projects and programs, driving measurable outcomes. Serve as resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices, actively advising supervisors, HR staff, and others to facilitate effective decision-making. Lead in Administrative Support:

Lead the effort of streamlining the recruitment process by effectively scheduling, tracking and coordinating candidate interviews to optimize hiring efficiency. Prioritize and manage a range of complex administrative tasks, demonstrating independent judgement and initiative, particularly in high-level corporate roles. Act as the primary liaison for all new headcount requests, managing the assignment and fulfillment of recruitment needs. Job Postings & Process Management:

Review and enhance job descriptions for accuracy and alignment with organizational goals, ensuring they attract the right candidates. Oversee all request forms for accuracy and budget compliance, ensuring roles are well defined and aligned with organizational capacity. Manage the posting of approved roles in the ATS and assign recruiters. Comprehensive Pre-hire Management:

Take ownership of all pre-hire tasks, including but not limited to - running background and MVR checks, preparing travel arrangements, and first-day communications etc. Maintain detailed candidate activity and key metrics in this ATS, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process. Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates regarding next steps and expectations throughout the pre-hire process. Other:

Represent the company at job fairs and community outreach events, enhancing the organization's brand and talent pipeline. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews as needed to manage candidate volume and ensure a robust selection process. What You'll Bring:

Preferred bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a TA coordinator or similar role Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Excellent time management and organizational skills Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems. Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment best practices. What We Offer:
