We are looking for a dynamic real estate broker to join our fast-growing firm. The commercial real estate broker will work as an intermediary on rental properties between owners and potential tenants, oversee property transactions between buyers and sellers, and assist with new business development.

To be successful in this role you must have excellent marketing and people skills, understand the local property market, and be willing to work long hours. Requirements: Essential Functions: This position is responsible to: Develop

and maintain knowledge of market conditions, property values, and other factors that impact the local real estate market and the broader industry Assist clients in

finding suitable space within the company's portfolio to run their business from. Meet

with brokers, existing tenants, and/or prospective clients to tour

available sites/spaces Negotiate

and renew existing lease agreements by communicating with current tenants Assist in writing letters of intent (LOI), summarizing financial analysis, preparing lease abstracts, and reviewing all related transaction documentation. Work with the Marketing department to provide landlords and tenants with relevant market data, including participating or arranging meetings to present findings to clients. Attend networking functions and occasional workshops. Collaborating with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals with a clear pathway to growth, while operating with a team player mentality. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Training or a

qualification in real estate may be strongly desired. Must hold and maintain a valid CA Real Estate license Driver's

License required A firm grasp of best practices within the industry. Self-motivated and

honest. General knowledge of property law, property specifications, legal guidelines, procedures, and policies. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other tools Required: 1-3 years' experience in a similar role. Compensation: We provide a competitive draw and commission structure which will allow a talented, goal oriented, and hardworking agent to easily make over $100,000.00 annually in net commissions.
