Schedule: Full Time Shift : Days The community you'll be caring for: _AdventHealth Carrollwood_ * Family-like culture * Teamwork driven both inter Dept and multidisciplinary * Positive working climate to support a well-balanced work life balance The role you'll contribute: Responsible for supervising staff and service for patient care and any other department supervisory need as assigned for coverage, relief, and/or assistance. Completes various duties covering, receiving, time and attendance, assistance with scheduling, work flows, filling in positions, computer requirements, coordination of staff and duties. Handles human resource issues. Ensures timely/high quality services for all patients and customers. Works to maintain high levels of patient and customer satisfaction. The value you'll bring to the team: * Assist with schedules and handles human resource issues. * Assist with ordering and inventory functions. * Coordinates the workflow of staff. * Prepares and/or serves food items required prior to and/or during meal service. * Interacts with customers to ensure accuracy and needs are met. * Complies with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures. Qualifications The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed : * High school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * 2 years of supervisory experience required. * Basic math, reading and language skills. * Ability to communicate in a clear polite manner. * Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of diets if working in patient care within 90 days of hire. * ServSafe Manager Food Handler Certification.
