Engineering Maintenance Excellence * Establish best practice standards and principles for equipment requirements and maintenance. * Deploy Enterprise Maintenance Excellence (MEx) road map as part of Medtronic Performance System (MPS) leveraging Total Performance Maintenance principles (TPM) * Provide technical expertise on equipment performance and reliability. * Establish programs and solutions for increasing uptime solving equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process based on zero loss and zero downtime mindset. * Technical support to the manufacturing maintenance equipment teams and process engineering teams. * Develop and deploy equipment and maintenance excellence applying root cause analysis and problem-solving skill sets across the Enterprise. * Defines and writes preventative and predictive maintenance strategies. * Develop and motivate a highly talented, diverse, engineering team responsible for development and maintenance of our Global equipment inventory. * Partner with internal and external experts to maintain and strengthen relevant engineering and technical expert. * Grow and nurture cross site and cross functional relationships in a large, multi-site, matrixed organization. * Understand and comply with company policies & procedures and external standards & guidance. * Generate novel and unique solutions to both engineering and organizational challenges. Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
